Active Leeds introduces low sensory gym sessions

Active Leeds have announced they will be introducing low sensory gym sessions across some of its gyms including John Charles Centre for Sport and Middleton Leisure Centre in South Leeds. The sessions are designed to offer a safe and inclusive space for individuals with autism, ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions.
