The Holbeck Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) is appealing for witnesses and information after a number of allotments on Kenneth Street, off Shafton Lane, were vandalised. Around 16 allotments are believed to have been attacked between 10pm last Tuesaday and 5.30am last Wednesday, with damage caused to windows, fencing, and animal pens such
