A woman from Middleton has been collared having let her dog roam free. Nicola Willmore, of Throstle Lane, failed to pay the £75 fixed penalty notice issued after dog wardens found her dog wandering the streets in April this year. Willmore was fined £40.00, now must pay a £20 victim
