Are you interested in keeping fit and active in older life? Why not join our Walking Group? It’s free and we go to various venues throughout Leeds. You’ll make new friends and enjoy the feeling of getting out and about!
Walks take place every Monday 11am -4pm. We use our Bus passes and have gone to various locations including: Otley; Golden Acre Park; Middleton Park; Rothwell Park.
In the Winter when the weather is bad, we go Mall Walking at the White Rose Centre. This is usually followed by a Pub lunch!
We have a Walk Leader who plans all our walks, and every walk day is different!
