    1. Hi Rod, the owners obtained planning permission for the extensions in November 2019 (details at https://publicaccess.leeds.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?keyVal=PVWM3SJBHNX00&activeTab=summary)

      The owners then applied for change of use to create an HMO (house in multiple occupation), this was refused in February 2022 (details at https://publicaccess.leeds.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=R2LQ9MJBI0I00)
