Hunslet greenspaces set for improvements

South Leeds strikes gold at Yorkshire in Bloom

Three Gold Awards were handed to organisations in South Leeds at the recent Yorkshire in Bloom awards ceremony. Music Federation pupils help railway mark Queen’s Jubilee

The Middleton Railway has commemorated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee today (25 May 2022) by planting a tree at its Moor Road headquarters. Children from Windmill Primary and Low Road Primary schools ceremonially planted the tree in front of the railway’s “Engine House” building, witnessed by local councillors, volunteers and supporters.
