Want to get fit in 2018 and have fun at the same time? Get along to Beeston Festival’s Bollywood dancing classes! The sessions run every Tuesday at 6pm starting on 9 January 2018 at the Hamara Healthy Living Centre on Tempest Road in Beeston. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Tai Chi classes are being offered at the Hamara Healthy Living Centre in Beeston. Tai Chi is a gentle excercise practiced by millions of Chinese people. The free class is aimed at mature people and runs every Wednesday morning at 10:00am at the centre on Tempest Road.
