Hunslet RLFC kick off the second half of their season on Sunday (30 July 2017) at South Leeds Stadium as they face Coventry Bears for the third time this season.
Hunslet won both of the previous encounters, defeating the Bears 34-0 on 26 February in the Challenge Cup and 56-24 on 2 July in the league.
Hunslet missed out on a chance of promotion, finishing in 10th position in the Kingstone Press League 1 at the end of the regular season. As the division splits into two for the Super 8s, the Parksiders goal is now to win the League 1 Shield. Fixtures have been announced for the league matches ahead of play offs and a final in October.
