Leeds station’s south entrance opens

Leeds city station’s gleaming new southern entrance was opened today (4 January 2015) creating a direct link to the South Bank area of Holbeck and Hunslet. Up to one fifth of the station’s 100,000 daily users are expected to use the new entrance relieving congestion at the existing ticket gates.
