Sergeant Sam Greaves attended the Hunslet Tenants and Residents meeting on Wednesday 5 December, the meeting was well attended, writes Holbeck NPT.
One matter raised was that unknown males are gaining access to the corridors of flats on Hemmingway Garth. This is occurring during the evenings and it is suspected that they may be drug dealing. Holbeck NPT will make some enquiries into this.
Sergeant Greaves told the residents that Holbeck NPT had increased its patrols around the Car Phone Warehouse following recent incidents.
He also gave details of the One Street per Day initiative to be launched by Holbeck NPT. Residents said that would look forward to meeting the Holbeck NPT officers.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 6 February 2013 at the Church of the Nazarene in Hunslet.
