Think Employment have six fully funded training courses for you to chose from in May.
The training provider have helped more than 4,000 people upskill and enhance their job prospects in the last 12 months. Every month, they run various training programmes that provide people with an introduction to what working in specific sectors would be like. On top of this, the courses also equip people with practical skills and nationally-recognised qualifications that boost people’s CVs. What’s more, the government cover the cost of the training for jobseekers and people who earn less than £15,736 a year!
Beginning on Tuesday 7 May is a course called Employment Pathways that gives people budgeting and money management skills as well the chance to choose from the likes of a CSCS Card, Sage Bookkeeping, Digital Tachograph and many more to assist with their job search. The same week, they are also running a Hospitality course that provides knowledge and transferable skills for those who want to find work as a Waiter, Bartender or Event staff.
On Monday 13 May, the Business Administration course teaches people about general administrative duties such as how to communicate with members of staff, receiving and transferring calls, using electronic filing systems and dealing with confidential data. Also happening that week is a Warehousing and Storage course that prepares people to work in the sector that employs more than 2.5 million in the UK.
Then on Monday 20 May, Customer Service Plus training will give people who want to deal with the public on a day-to-day basis for a career important communication skills as well as knowledge in the selling process. While in another training room is a Retail course that’s been specifically designed to give people knowledge of the sector and skills to find work in the industry that’s always recruiting.
All of Think Employment’s courses only take a week to complete and as part of the service, they offer all of their learners CV support, interview preparation and assistance applying for jobs.
