
Two Health For All projects have teamed up to bring a taste of China to Cross Flatts Park in Beeston on Tuesday (29 May 2018).
Lychee Red invite you to experience the ancient martial art of Tai Chi. A professional master will show you how to use this gentle, but precise form of exercise to reduce physical pain and relieve stress. The free session runs from 10:30–11:30am.
Then Lychee Red are working with the Bridge Café to bring you a Chinese lunch and entertainment from the Lychee Red choir and traditional Chinese dancers.
