South Leeds Life has been contacted by residents from Hunslet Carr who heard what they describe as an explosion coming from Hunslet Cemetery.
West Yorksire Fire & Rescue Service did not attend, but West Yorkshire Police commented:
“Police were called at around 12.40am this morning (18 December 2018) after a member of the public reported hearing a loud bang at the cemetery. Officers attended and searched the area and there was no evidence of an explosion having taken place.”

We heard a massive bang too.No idea where it came from.We are near Hunslet Cemetery.This was heard in Beeston too .
