The Hunslet Club’s rugby section, Hunslet ARLFC, continues to go from strength to strength with the support of Hunslet RLFC, as participation numbers rise and new opportunities are created for young players.
A key part of this growth is the success of Hunslet Minis and the introduction of a new Year 1/2 team, helping even more children take their first steps into rugby league. The sessions are designed to encourage a love for the sport from an early age, while recognising Hunslet’s rich and proud rugby heritage.
Training takes place on the club’s 3G pitch, providing a high-quality environment for young players to learn, develop, and enjoy the game.
The Hunslet Club is proud of its deep-rooted connection to rugby league and remains committed to developing the sport within the community.
Director of Rugby at Hunslet ARLFC, Jamie Fields, is focused on strengthening the pathway from grassroots to open-age rugby, with the aim of reigniting the traditional passion and spirit of the game.
With continued growth and a clear vision for the future, Hunslet ARLFC is building a strong foundation for the next generation of rugby league players.
