Residents in Cottingley will be able to take advantage of free health advice, information and support at an event in Cottingley Towers tomorrow.
Health organisation Health For All will be manning their popular monthly information table between 1pm and 3pm. Workers will provide information on how to lead a healthier diet and lifestyle and how to access services which will allow you to keep fit and improve your health.
