Appeal: Serious Road Traffic Collision, Middleton, Leeds

Tuesday 11 March 2014.

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision that occurred on Town Street, Middleton on Friday 8 March 2014 around 6:35pm.

The incident happened when a 42 year old female pedestrian was struck by a van, suffering serious head injuries.

She was transported to Leeds General Infirmary where she remains in a critical condition.

Sergeant Carole Greaves of MCET said:

“Any witnesses or anyone who has information should call the Major Collision Enquiry Team on the non emergency number 101”
