DAZL go online to keep everyone dancing

With classes cancelled to stop people gathering, Middleton-based DAZL have moved online to help you stay fit in your own home.

This first video is a 20 minute Dance Fit routine for adults, but more routines will be posted for children and young people. Subscribers will receive regular updates and links to new videos, you can sign up to the mailing list at www.dazl.org.uk (scroll to the bottom of the home page).

Director Ian Rodley said:

“We’ve been helping the South Leeds community stay healthy and active for 20 years and we’re not going to let Coronovirus stop us.

We will be posting to our video channels and keeping you updated via social media. We’re really excited to share things with you all.”

If you currently belong to a DAZL group, find your new Facebook Group – there’s one for every class – so you can keep in touch and follow dance tasks to keep going.
