There was a barnstorming Christmas Party at Belle Isle Working Men’s Club.
Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation (BITMO) held their 9th annual community Christmas party which attracted 200 people.
Among those attending were families and friends from the local community, BITMO board members and staff and the three ward councillors.
Guests were treated to a visit from Father Christmas who gave out selection boxes to all the children attending and as a special treat there was also a performance by South Leeds dance crew DAZL.
BITMO board chair and local tenant Christine Shepherd concluded the party with a grand raffle with headline prizes donated by Morrison, Carillion Energy, Easaway, BITMO and its Board members. The raffle saw £300 raised that will be divided equally between The Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Help for Heroes.
