Slung Low, Holbeck’s own theatre company have struck a deal with The Holbeck (formerly Holbeck Working Men’s Club) which is set to strengthen both organisations. A members’ meeting on Sunday 28 October approved the plans which will see Slung Low take over the day to day running of the club,
It’s October half term and to highlight the Cineworld Family ticket, where adults pay kids’ prices, Cineworld transformed its cinema in South Leeds at the White Rose Shopping Centre to get adults to embrace their inner child. Areas within the cinema have been transformed to include interactive games and activities
We will be distributing copies of the November newspaper to community venues throughout LS10 and LS11 from tomorrow (Wednesday 31 October 2018). Copies will be available from libraries, community centres, GP practices, shops, and other community venues. We will deliver to schools on Monday 5 November. Copies are also available
