Blooming Marvellous: White Rose Celebrates Yorkshire Day with UK’s Largest Bouquet
White Rose Shopping Centre will be celebrating Yorkshire Day this Monday (1 August 2016) with the UK’s largest-ever bouquet of 2,016 white roses displayed inside the Central Atrium for visitors to enjoy.
In addition to the fantastic 8ft display, White Rose is hosting free white rose buttonhole-making workshops throughout the day so customers can wear their Yorkshire pride for all to see. There will also be a floral selfie frame and a specially-created Snapchat geofilter, so that visitors can snap the perfect picture in front of the UK’s biggest ever white rose bouquet.

“We’re proud to call ourselves Yorkshire through and through and we know that our community is too.
“Yorkshire Day is a day of celebration for the county so we wanted to mark the occasion this year with a celebratory bouquet of 2,016 roses – the UK’s biggest.
“There will be a whole host of activities to celebrate Yorkshire Day from 10am – 6pm – we guarantee there’s something to please everyone across the county under our roof. We’ll see you there!”
The UK’s biggest white rose bouquet will be unveiled at 10am on Yorkshire Day (Monday 1 August). Floral buttonhole workshops will be free to attend throughout the day.
