Vaccination bus visits Holbeck this week

A mobile Covid-19 vaccination centre will be visiting Holbeck this week.

The vaccination minibus will be stationed at Meynell Approach, behind St Matthew’s Community Centre in Holbeck from Tuesday to Friday (20-23 April 2021) 10am-3pm.

This is a drop in service, so no appointment is necessary, offering first vaccinations to people in the following groups:

  • Aged 45 and over
  • An unpaid carer
  • Have underlying health conditions*
  • Received a text messaged from your GP inviting you to attend the vaccination minibus

*Click here for information about underlying health conditions

The service is being run by Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds with the aim of increasing take up of the vaccine in inner city neighbourhoods. Health professionals will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you might have about the vaccine.

  1. Hi, I saw on the news last night that the vaccine uptake isn’t good at all on site, if I were to call in for the vaccine but aren’t over the age of 45 and don’t actually meet any of the other criteria, but do live with an asthmatic husband who is the same age as me (42) and had his 1st vaccination would I be declined the vaccination?
    Thanks
