The first Thyme Together Craft & Homemade Food Market was run on Saturday 29 February 2020at the Watsonian Pavilion in Cross Flatts Park, Beeston
The event was a partnership between Better Action for Families ABCD project, Leeds City Council and Health for All’s The Bridge Cafe.
Over 70 people attended the market which we thought would be hit by Storm Jorge, but the weather was on our side and the sun was shining. Ten local residents held stalls, Beeston in Bloom sold plants and other gardening ornaments. Other stalls included home made soy wax melts, crochet, hand painted signs, sweets, homemade jewellery, homemade foods and a local writer & poet delivered pocket poetry.
We are all looking forward to the next market on Saturday 28 March 9:30am-12:30pm. Hope to see everyone then.
