A planning application has been submitted to convert the King’s Arms public house in Holbeck into flats. The building is a Grade Two listed building. According to the ‘SOUTH HOLBECK HISTORIC CHARACTERISATION STUDY’ dated October 2008, of which Leeds City Council is a co-author, it is recommended that ‘to retain the integrity
