It’s the second Leeds Baby Week after South Leeds Life’s own Lucy Potter brought the idea back from her study trip to Brazil. The week–long celebration of the first years of life includes academic and professional seminars as well as hands on sessions for parents babies and toddlers. Here in
Baby Week is hosting its second annual event and the new South Leeds community hub is supporting this on Thursday and Friday 14 & 15 September 2017. The event will be timed to celebrate Leeds City Council’s newly re-opened Community Hub (formerly One Stop Centre) on Dewsbury Road in Beeston.
Two south Leeds mums who have been working independently of each other, are hatching plans to develop two new annual early years initiatives for Leeds. Emma Tabor brings The Baby Show to Leeds, taking place at the Corn Exchange on Saturday 10 September 2016. And Lucy Potter brings Baby Week
