Sshhhhh…. Beeston Primary’s Special Visitor!

There was much excitement last week at Beeston Primary School when Santa Claus took time out of his busy schedule to visit the children.

Leaving his team of elves behind to prepare all the gifts for Christmas, Santa skilfully landed his reindeer on the school roof, then magically appeared in the school’s Winter Wonderland Grotto.

Over two days, Santa worked really hard to listen to the wishes of over three hundred and seventy two children; they all received a chocolate gift and a personalised photo with the great man himself.

Mr Edensor the Headteacher said:

“Our Grotto was amazing! The staff worked really hard to ensure the experience was special for all . It was great to see the awe and wonder on the children’s faces. Santa was so impressed with the behaviour of our children, he has already agreed to come back and visit next year!“

All proceeds from the Grotto will be used to improve the outdoor learning environment for all children.

Merry Christmas everyone, from the children and staff at Beeston Primary School.
