A Saturday night Christmas treat came last Saturday (12 December 2020) to residents of Acre Court and Middleton Park Court.
Staff and volunteers from Middleton Elderly Aid and DAZL called to perform for them and give them a Christmas pressie and a mince pie and cream to cheer them up on a cold night. There was also christmas music played so the residents could all have a little dance, which they have been missing greatly.
This was all the idea of Samantha Ely, from Middleton Elderly Aid who wanted to cheer up the residents.
