Routes Healthcare have been a leading specialist homecare provider in the community for over 10 years.
With 10 branches based across the North of England, their 11th and newest branch has recently opened on Turnberry Park in Morley and they are already providing care at home to people across South Leeds and surrounding areas.
The Leeds Branch Manager Uzma Syed says
“Although our branch will cover all of the Leeds area, we are excited to have our office in South Leeds and be providing care to local people by local people”.
In addition to the Leeds Care Co-Ordinators Natasha and Kam being able to offer domiciliary care including homecare visits, sits, shopping trips and overnight care, their Complex Care Client Manager can support with recruiting and training bespoke care teams for clients with more complex health needs.
The Leeds branch is currently specialising in palliative and dementia care but with our in-house training and clinical teams, we can provide person centred care support for clients with most healthcare needs.
