You’ll be happy to know that once again we are getting ready for the great annual Middleton Park Produce Show. Family fun for everyone. Get your glad rags and your gardening gloves out of storage and prepare for an even better show this year. Note the date: Sunday 8 September 2019 1-4pm.
This year with our theme of Healthy Lifestyles and we have an afternoon of stalls, music, food, entertainment and of course the produce and the arts and crafts shows.
If you can grow a prize vegetable or fruit, or you can make something, or you are artistic, enter your creation and see if you can claim a prize certificate and trophy. Everyone is welcome to join in. (entries to be submitted by 11am for judging.)
Join in with the Zumba or our dancers whilst your children can make something with our fun crafts with organisations such as Wild Apple Play. Always popular.
And finally, enjoy walking an Alpaca, watch some ferret racing or hold a magnificent bird of prey and learn more about these fascinating creatures.
The whole event is funded by the charity organisation Friends of Middleton Park for the users of the park and the surrounding communities, and schools.
Best of all the whole event is FREE to visitors on the day.
Take part in something worthwhile so join in and if you can offer your time by volunteering on the day please contact the Friends of Middleton Park, email: info@fomp.co.uk; or leave a message on our mobile: 07914 729051
