Over 50s invited to join new groups in Middleton

If you are 50+ and looking to add some social fun to your week, make new friends and learn new skills look no further. Health For All have organised four new groups for people in South Leeds:

Express Yourself is an introduction to song writing, covering creative lyric writing, forming melodies and creating a song format. The eight one hour sessions start on Wednesday 14 August at 11am at Middleton Parochial Hall on North Lingwell Road.

Sing and Shine provides a chance to come together and sing together, make new friends and learn new songs. It starts on Wednesday 14 August from 12:30-1:30pm also at the Parochial Hall.

Would you like to join a health and wellbeing self help support group? It will meet on Fridays from 1:30-2:30pm, starting on 23 August, at Trinity Network, United Reformed Church, Nesfield Road, Belle Isle.

Circuit training for the over 50s is every Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm at Middleton Parochial Hall on North Lingwell Road. This is a gentle exercise class and suitable for people with COPD and respiratory conditions. 24 August.
