Middleton Park GP surgery will continue with new owners from 1 April 2019 as the Fuller & Forbes Partnership takes over the practice.
As South Leeds Life reported last year Grange Medical Services which currently runs the surgery decided not to extend its contract and the NHS Leeds Care Commissioning Group (CCG) started a procurement process.
A spokesperson for the practice said:
“Middleton Park NHS GP Surgery is delighted to confirm that from 1 April 2019 the service will be run by Leeds based ‘Fuller & Forbes Partnership’, who are recognised for their community and patient centric approach to health care.
“The partnership, made up of Dr Mark Fuller and Methven Forbes, has been awarded a permanent contract which is great news for the current and future patients of the surgery.”
Fuller & Forbes also operate the Cottingley GP Surgery.
