New course to help you get more from your computer

 

A New course is starting in Middleton to help you get more from your computer.

Community Reporters 13-04-17cUsing computers in everyday life is a six week course running on Wednesday afternoons that will help you save time and money with new online skills. The course will look at:

  • Managing money online
  • Keeping your family safe online
  • Using E-Bay to buy and sell
  • Finding out about benefits
  • Booking low cost holidays
  • Getting details of Council and NHS services

If you’re new to computing the course will help you with basic computer skills and you can work at your own pace.

The course starts on Wednesday 7 May and runs from 1-3:30pm at Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre.

You must be aged at least 19 to join the course, there is no upper age limit.

The course is FREE if you or are on any sort of benefit (except child benefit) such as JSA, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Working Families Tax Credit, ESA etc.
