Everything is coming together for the Hunslet Club’s 4th annual beer festival, on Saturday 1 December (2018) – but the club are still inviting local people and businesses and individuals to support the event by co-sponsoring it if they can.
The popular event will see hundreds of people from across the community enjoying a lively night together, with dozens of cask ales and lagers, a gin and prosecco bar (new this year), the acclaimed Kellermeister Oompah Band performing throughout the night, hot food, and plenty of festive cheer.
Tickets cost £5, and can be pre-bought from the club reception (where you can also pre-book tables of 8) or on the night, if it’s not sold out. The event runs 5pm-11pm.
Andrea Edwards, the club ops manager and one of those coordinating the event, commented:
“We’re delighted to be holding this event again, and to see it growing in popularity each year. Some things are just the same, like the oompah band – but we’re adding new things too, like the gin and prosecco bar, which will certainly add a different twist. Whether for a work Christmas party, or on your way into town, drop by and enjoy the fun!”
