The latest newsletter has been issued by sc4L, the consortium delivering the PFI-funded housing regeneration scheme in Beeston Hill and Holbeck.
In the newsletter sc4L report good progress. The first new houses and flats are due to be completed on Folly Lane and Coupland Place in October 2014. The homes will be advertised through the Leeds Homes weekly magazine and website.
Refurbishment work at Meynell Heights including new windows, kitchens, heating, bathrooms and improved insulation will be completed in November 2014 with outside improvements completed next spring. Works at Ingram Court sheltered housing, off Domestic Street are due to be completed in January 2015.

Regarding the article on regeneration in Beeston Hill and Holbeck, our contact at sc4L has advised that the refurbishment is for Meynell Heights only. The paragraph reads as if this type of refurbishment is for the whole of the project.
