Holbeck Gala returns to Holbeck Moor this Saturday (4 July 2026), with a packed programme of free entertainment and activities for all the family.
The gala runs from 12pm-4pm and, as always, entry is free.
This year’s attractions include circus skills workshops, a bird of prey display, farm animals, free inflatables, Kidz Klub doing activities, drumming, free school uniform swap, a remote control car track and much more.
There will also be performances throughout the afternoon from local dance groups Reetwirlers and DAZL, while DJ Danny returns to keep the entertainment going all afternoon. Visitors can also enjoy community stalls, crafts, food and refreshments.
Holbeck Gala is organised by local volunteers and has become one of the highlights of the summer in Holbeck bringing the community together for a day of fun on Holbeck Moor.

This year’s gala has been made possible thanks to funding from the Inner South West Community Committee, with McDonald’s Elland Road donating towards some of the cost of the free inflatables, helping to ensure there are plenty of activities families can enjoy at no cost.
So if you’re looking for something to do this Saturday, come along to Holbeck Moor between 12pm and 4pm. Everyone is welcome.
