A public consultation event where the proposals will be on view will be held on Monday at Beeston Hill Social Club on Beeston Road (1pm-7pm).
Asda chiefs say the new store will stock more than 10,000 grocery items – four times more than the Netto store it replaces. The store is due to open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, 10am-4pm on a Sunday. More details can be found on the new store’s web page here.
