Judges from the Yorkshire in Bloom competition will descend on south Leeds today to take a look at the floral activities of two of our communities.
They are due to visit Holbeck to see the efforts of the volunteers from the Holbeck in Bloom group and Beeston to see the work put in by the Beeston in Bloom group as part of the spring judging.
The judges will return later this year for the summer judging. Both Beeston and Holbeck won silver awards in last year’s Yorkshire in Bloom contest.
