A you 16-19 years old and looking for work? A short course at The Works Skatepark might be just the thing to help you get started.
Over the summer The Works are running 6 week courses at their centre in Hunslet. The courses run for 16 hours a week, so won’t affect your benefits, everything is free and The Works provides lunch a travel costs each day.
The courses offer:
- Employability and help applying for jobs
- Practical sessions in the gym, skatepark and climbing wall
- Functional skills
- Free access to the skate park
