A youth engagement event is coming to Belle Isle on Thursday (23 July 2026) 1-3pm at the West Grange Road MUGA (multi use games area), LS10 3UY.
Leeds Federated Housing Association, BITMO and Places for People have joined force with Opera North and the Hunslet and Belle Isle Community Project to bring an afternoon full of activities that we’re calling Common Ground: Belle Isle.
There will be a giant inflatable assault course, music workshops, art activities, sport and play activities, free tuck shop, but more importantly, an opportunity for young people to tell us what they want to see for them in the area.
