Free world food cookery workshop at The Hunslet Club

Are you a young person in year 8 or above? Are you looking to unleash your full potential? Look no further than our Youth Club free workshop programme at the Hunslet Club.

We are running various workshops from world food cookery and knitting sessions to fitness programmes and beauty design workshops.  Whether you are a beginner and want to express an interest in any of the subjects offered or have some experience, this is an open invite to come down and join us.

Our World Food Cookery Workshop at The Hunslet Club Youth Club offers young people a unique opportunity to explore diverse cuisines and cultures. Participants learn to prepare dishes from around the globe, improving their culinary skills and broadening their cultural understanding. These sessions are guided by an experienced cook, the session emphasises healthy cooking practices, teamwork, and creativity in the kitchen.

This hands-on experience not only boosts confidence and self-reliance but also encourages an appreciation for different foods from around the world. By sharing and tasting the dishes, young people build social connections and enjoy a fun, educational activity that celebrates global diversity through food.

Attending our workshops is a gateway to a vibrant community of like-minded individuals at The Hunslet Club. By participating, you’re investing in your future success. Seize the chance to grow, connect, and thrive with us.

Our World Food Cookery Workshop runs within the Senior Youth Club session times on Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30pm. We welcome new and existing members of The Hunslet Club and are excited to offer this free workshop to young people in our local community.
