A Free Day Out for The Whole Family at Middleton Leisure Centre

Come and join in the fun!
All activities are free and you can do as many as you wish. Some of the taster sessions and things to try include;
- Swimming and parent and toddler sessions
- Fitness taster classes
- Zumba and dance taster sessions
- Free Refreshments and BBQ
- Arts and crafts activities
- Family challenges and many sports to try
- Parent and toddler sessions

Free crèche places available throughout the day
To guarantee a place in any of the activities on the day, make sure you turn up early and bring your swimming kit or some comfy clothes.
