
Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was seriously injured after coming off her e-scooter in Middleton.
It was reported at 6.40pm on Saturday (18 April 2026) that an e-scooter had been involved in a collision with a parked and unattended car on Town Street, Middleton.
The woman, who is aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed this collision or the events leading up to it. They are also asking anyone in the area with CCTV or dashcam footage to check whether they have captured anything relevant.
