Zumba Sentae is new to Cranmore and Raylands Community Centre at Middleton Park Football Club, Cranmore Drive, Leeds, LS10 4AW.
What is it? Zumba Sentae is Zumba with a difference! Zumba Sentae combines strength and resistance training with Zumba dance and fitness moves centred around the chair. It’s a fantastic programme, if you enjoy zumba these new sessions will be right up your street. If you have never done zumba before then this group could be for you.
The sessions start on Tuesday 2nd April and run from 6:15pm to 7:00pm. It costs £4.00 per session or you can save money by paying for 4 consecutive sessions for £12.00.
There is also a Zumba class at Beeston Parish Centre (St Mary’s church hall), opposite Beeston Co-op. Sessions run on Thursday evenings 7:15pm – 8:00pm and cost £4.00 per session, or 4 consecutive sessions for £12.00.
A free Community based Zumba session runs at Beeston Village Community Centre, St Anthony’s Drive on Thursdays 1:45 – 2:45pm. This is a mixed ability group.
There is also a beginners Running group every Friday at John Charles Centre for Sports. The group meet at the Stadium reception at 1:30pm. It’s an amateur running group so whatever your fitness level, you will be working at your own pace and setting your own goals.
