Police investigating an assault in which a man suffered multiple injuries have released CCTV pictures of two men they would like to identify.
The incident happened at around 1.30pm last Tuesday (2 July 2019) on Thorpe Lane in Middleton.
It’s understood two male suspects attempted to steal a white ford transit van on Thorpe Crescent from the victim, as the victim made attempts to stop them he was ran over as a result.
The victim a 58 year old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, he’s since been discharged.
Both male suspects ran off from the van in the direction of Sissons Road.
Police are appealing for anyone who recognises these men to get in touch.
