On Saturday 8 February the ‘Time to Change Experience’ will be at the White Rose Shopping Centre. 90 volunteers from Leeds will be joining Time to Change Leeds and the national Time to Change team, along with local mental health organisations – including Volition.
We all know it’s the small things in life that mean the most to us, particularly when you’re experiencing a mental health problem. Yet, for many people, the thought of a conversation about mental illness seems daunting, makes them feel uncomfortable and unsure what to do next. It’s Time to Change this. It’s time to talk.
