BITMO – the Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation – which manages council housing in Belle Isle, held a special Valentine’s party at the GATE centre for its elderly tenants.
The afternoon tea party took place on Thursday 15 February 2018 and staff from across the organisation pitched in with entertainment and refreshments.
Donna York explains:
“It was a brilliant turn out and fully enjoyed by staff and residents.
“We had live entertainment from Damion and Neil Clay (Estate Caretaker). The gorgeous buns were made by Keith Wigglesworth (Tenants Services Coordinato)r and Darren Brown (Estate Caretaker). Our Board member Paula Liptrott also baked some fabulous scones for the event.
“Darren Brown also baked a ‘love heart’ cake which was raffled at the event raising £64.00 for Leeds South & East Foodbank.”
