Appeal: Aggravated Burglary, Low Grange Crescent, Belle Isle

Police are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary at an address in Belle Isle at the weekend.

The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning (27 May 2018) when suspects in balaclavas broke into a house on Low Grange Crescent in Leeds.

The suspects forced entry into the rear door of the property by using crowbars.

The occupant of the house, a 45-year-old man was assaulted by the suspects.

An untidy search of the house was carried out, whilst demanding money from the owner. They made off with a safe, money and a mobile phone.

The suspects involved were three males. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact the police via 101 quoting crime reference number 13180255255 or information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
