Carla Yeomans, Involvement and Improvement Officer joined Cllr Gabriel and Ian Pickup from Holbeck in Bloom, and John Casey, Area Officer for Leeds City Council’s Parks & Countryside department, when they went to present the category winners with their certificates of achievement and prizes.
