Spring’s sprung or is springing and last week I saw the first hopeful glimmer that summer was following. This week a little less so; the Daffodils are taking a bit of a battering from the wind and the Crocuses are trying to stand tall against the heavy rain but still I remain hopeful that the sun will shine again soon.
At BITMOs GATE we are preparing for summer and celebrating the turning of the seasons with our Big Spring Clean on Saturday 5 April 11am – 3pm.
Here you have the chance to munch on some homemade cake whilst perusing the table top stalls full of jewellery, bric a brac and homemade candles. There is no need to leave the children at home as they can get stuck into our egg painting competition where they could win a delicious chocolaty prize.
