Artisan dessert brand Rassam’s Creamery has confirmed the launch plans for its newest and most impressive site to date, opening at White Rose Shopping Centre on Friday 31 July, with 50% off for all guests, all day long.
Located on The Balcony at White Rose, near the entrance to The Village and car parks four and five, the impressive new venue boasts an extensive menu of handcrafted gelato, waffles, crepes, cookie dough, and more, and even features robot servers delivering sweet treats directly to guests creating a memorable and playful dining experience for visitors of all ages.
Diners can also enjoy fresh juices, hot or iced coffees, and trend-led desserts such as Tajin-spiced mango and strawberry dip cups, with both vegan and gluten-free options available. Rassam’s White Rose location will be the brand’s largest venue so far at 3,442 sq ft, creating more than 50 new job opportunities for the local community.
Opening in perfect time for the summer holidays, Rassam’s is the ideal spot for family and friends looking to enjoy a sweet treat together. With seating for up to 250 guests, the spacious new venue offers plenty of room to relax and indulge, whether stopping by for an ice cream, dessert after dinner, or a catch-up over matcha.

Rassam’s Creamery joins a variety of new arrivals to White Rose Shopping Centre including Volcano Falls adventure golf, global jewellery brand Lovisa, and premium chocolatiers Hotel Chocolat.
The White Rose branch of Rassam’s will be welcoming guests from 11am on Friday 31 July, and then will be open from 9am–11pm, seven days a week.
