Reserved Matters Application for Approval of Layout, Scale, Appearance and Landscaping for Plots 1a and 1b (City Park) pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 17/02501/OT – NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 19/06625/RM – Proposed amendments are 1. Removal of the previously proposed ramp (with level access still available as per the consented scheme) and therefore a potential bottleneck in the area. 2. Removal of a number of retaining walls and structures. 3. Widening of the steps leading up to MU3a, thereby improving pedestrian flow. 4. Removal of a concealed area between Salem Chapel boundary wall and the previously proposed ramp retaining which had the potential to attract antisocial behaviour. 5. Extension of previously proposed areas of landscaping. 6. Additional landscaping to the front of Salem Chapel. 7. Reorientation of levels.
